IMPORTANT!
IDENTIFICATION AT THE POLLS

Florida Statue 101.043 requires photo and signature identification at the polling place.

You will be asked to show photo and signature identification when you go to vote.  Accepted documents are:

  • Florida driver’s license;

  • Florida identification card issued by the Dept. of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles;

  • United States passport;

  • Debit or credit card;

  • Military identification;

  • Student identification;

  • Retirement center identification;

  • Neighborhood association identification;

  • Pubic assistance information.

Any combination of these documents may be presented to fulfill the photo and signature requirements.  If you DO NOT have proper identification, you will be allowed to vote a provisional ballot.  The Canvassing Board will determine eligibility.
