The Country Western Hoedown theme of this event was selected as a Celebration of Central Florida’s Rich Agricultural Heritage. It will be a family event with live musical entertainment, a children’s game and activity area, craft exhibitions, western demonstrations and displays, and most importantly you, our vendors. This event has been sponsored by the Sumter County Tourism Commission and will be advertised in The Villages, Sumter, Lake, and Marion counties and the surrounding areas. The VHA estimates attendance between 4,000 and 5,000 people
